Double negative T cells (DNT cells) are a consistent finding in Autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome (ALPS). Patients with ALPS show an increase in normally rare population of T cells that are TCRab positive, as well as negative for both CD4 and CD8 coreceptors.
