Your personal information is collected when you avail Services by making a booking from our website by completing the online Registration Process on our website.

We only collect the personal information which you disclose to us, such as when you place a booking online. If you do not provide your personal information, we may be unable to fulfill your booking or purchase.

(a) to manage the contractual relationship with you and ensure the provision of the contracted services, which includes both the management/processing of booking and services offered by the Company as well as the service quality, billing, collection and withdrawal of the same.

(c) to manage and process any legal claims, out-of-court claims and insurance claims received by the Company in relation to you.

(e) to manage and administer the Website, as well as improve the browsing experience of the Website.

DATA COLLECTED DURING USE OF OUR SERVICES

This data collection is limited to Employees, Partners and Contractors of the Company. This data is used to track medical specimen, field force management and task assignment when the COREwings app is used.
  • Location data: Company collects this data when the COREwings app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device. We collect precise or approximate location data from service executives’ mobile devices. App collects this data from the time a service executive taps “Start” to the time “Stop” is pressed, and any time the app is running in the foreground of their mobile device. We use this data to enhance use of our apps, including to improve pick-up locations, monitor medical specimen, distance travelled and prevent and detect fraud.
  • Usage data: We collect data about how users interact with our services. This includes data such as access dates and times, app features or pages viewed and app crashes.
  • Device data: We may collect data about the devices used to access our services, including the hardware models, device IP address, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion data, and mobile network data.
The personal information and data requested by the Company and provided by you to the Company is necessary for the purposes described in this policy and failure to provide it may lead the Company to be unable to contact you or manage your requests

CORRECTNESS OF INFORMATION

By providing the Company with your personal information and data, you guarantee the veracity of the same and accept that the Company may periodically request the review and update of personal information and data that you keep.
